Our goal at Purple – Reign is to offer innovative quality leather apparel products!!  In addition our garments are designed and made in the U.S.A. We also from time to time provide other products on are website. In addition, these may or not be made in the U.S.A. but from other countries, We continue to provide quality products to our customers.

We offer both Fed-Ex ground and UPS ground service.  In addition, we reserve the  right to use different carriers depending on the type of order that will best apply to the shipment.  We offer other shipping services with USPS etc.  Upon receipt of your order, every effort is made to process your order within 48 hours.
 Once your order is processed, you can expect your standard ground  shipment to arrive within 2-10 days, depending on what state you reside in.

Expediting your shipment is available.  Please contact us for additional charges  and options for Next Day, 2nd Day, or Air Shipping.  In most cases we can ship anywhere in the world.  Please note there may be restrictions on shipping  overseas, to P.O.  International shipments will require a letter of credit of a bank institution or credit card, money order or the like that will be held until funds are clear before orders or shipments can be processed, then we can release your order.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or any additional  charges that may be incurred shipping outside of the U.S. Due to the high cost of shipping, all Overseas Sales Are Final.

Returns and exchanges of items you are not satisfied with or have decided you are unhappy with, please:

• Return immediately within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• Returns must be postmarked no longer than 30 days from the original invoice date, and received at Purple Reign within 5 to 10 business days after the postmark.
• Include a copy of both the original invoice and the item you are returning or exchanging.
• Do not remove tags or alter the item from its original form or design!!

All purchases you have made from PURPLE – REIGN, INC.® or at our Website:

• Must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• As soon as you have decided you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in brand new condition or the condition it was delivered to you in within 30 days to avoid a restocking Charge of 20%.
• All orders returned in less than new condition and/or more than 30 days beyond the delivery date, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Customers are responsible to contact us prior to any returns or exchanges.
Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges of their choice.
There are several shipping sources to choose from UPS/FedEx, Ground or USPS First Class
It is also advisable you insure your returned package; also, please include some type of
Tracking # for the method you choose to ship your return.  We do not except C.O.D. returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We have a no refund or exchange policy on any custom made item or items --- no exceptions. Any item that is Soiled, Worn, or Damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Any item that has had tags removed or been altered, damaged, or abused in any way from its original form or design will no be accepted for return or exchange.

Do not put!! patches, pins, studs, rivets, stitching or embroidery on the garment. Also, any item that has been cut, sliced, or pierced by any sharp object such as knives, razor blades, accidents, etc. will not be refunded or exchanged and will not be accepted as a return - no exceptions.

• The reason you are returning the item (examples: size, style, wrong item, etc.)

• Also, what you service you would like, Exchange or Refund, using the original method of payment.
• AND, if this is an exchange, include details of the item you would like to replace the piece being returned.

 
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and freight will be charged by the carrier, for both directions of shipping.

We do not accept any merchandise shipped C.O.D. or any parcel shipment that was ordered by you, the customer, and then refused by you without authorization; the ordering customer will be charged any and all additional shipping Charges.
